Shopping | Tracking Your Order

Due to our current Black Friday offers we are expecting a higher than normal volume of orders. Once you have received your order confirmation email, this confirms that our team are working hard to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 working days for the delivery of your order and once dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm your tracking number with DPD.

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing, please contact our Customer Service team on 01279 774 215 or email customer.relations@clarins.co.uk

You will then receive another email from us once your order has been dispatched. Within this email will be your DPD tracking reference number to track your order online or via their app. On average, your order should take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive.
