How do I become a member of Club Clarins?
Join the program for free, by opting in when you shop online or create an account on clarins.co.uk. We will give you 50 points when you first join, our welcome treat to get you started! If you already have an account online with us but are unsure if you are a member, review your “My Account” details and ensure you select “YES” on your Club Clarins status.
Can I earn points for purchases made in store?
Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty programme for member purchases made on this website, clarins.co.uk only. As Clarins counters are inside our partnering stores or within airports, we are not able to give you points for purchases made there.
When will my points show in my account?
Product purchases on clarins.co.uk are eligible for points, and will be credited to your account as long as you were opted in to Club Clarins when you placed your online order. Just keep in mind, it may take up to 30 days post purchase before you see your updated points balance in your “My Club Clarins”.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to “My Account” (link). Go to “My points recap” within “My Club Clarins”. The number of available points will appear. Please note that your points expire after 12 months. The expiration date is clearly listed in your points balance. Use your points to redeem the rewards your earned before it is too late.
When can I get a reward?
You need a minimum of 1,200 points to be able to redeem rewards with your next online purchase. Check if you have earned enough points to qualify for a reward by logging in to “My Account” (link). Go to “My rewards” within “My Club Clarins”. The choice of available rewards will appear as a list of options indicating how many points are needed to redeem each item. Please note that orders containing only complimentary product rewards will incur a minimal shipping fee. Orders that include purchased products in addition to your rewards will ship free if the purchase is £50+.
What type of rewards can I redeem with my points?
We offer full-size products, gift sets, accessories, and a £15 voucher* that is redeemable towards further clarins.co.uk purchases. *Please note that if you use points for a £15 voucher, you will have 6 months to redeem it. The £15 voucher is not combinable with other coupon codes.
How often do you change the selection in the Rewards Boutique?
The available rewards depend on your membership level. Clarins will update the selection of rewards quarterly.
As a RED member you will have up to 30 products to choose from. As a SILVER member you can choose from all the same rewards that RED members get, plus an additional set of rewards totalling a selection of up to 50 products. GOLD members have the choice of all rewards including RED and SILVER rewards.
Once you've selected your reward, add it to your bag and checkout.
Please note that orders containing only complimentary product rewards will incur a minimal shipping fee. Orders that include purchased products in addition to your rewards will ship free if the purchase is £50+.
Do I have to wait a whole year to be upgraded?
No, upgrading is possible at all times of the year. As soon as your spending qualifies you for the next tier membership, you will automatically be upgraded.
