COVID Updates: last updated 07/04/2021
Here at Clarins, our number one priority is the health and safety of you and our employees.
In light of the Government’s recent announcement we are able to reopen our Skin Spas and BeautyBARs within England and Wales from Thursday 15th April 2021 and for Scotland from Thursday 29th April 2021. All pre-paid Courses and Gift Vouchers will be extended in accordance with our period of closure.
If you had an appointment booked during the period of closure, we have automatically cancelled this to ensure any Course treatments are added back into your account.
Please note this is subject to change dependent on further Government guidance re non-essential retail.
Don’t worry, we have had all deposits credited to your account. There is no expiry on these credits, it will be ready to use for your next treatment.
ON A COURSE OF TREATMENTS?
All course expiration dates have been extended to reflect our period of closure, so you will not miss out on your treatments when our services resume. Please note that no new courses can be purchased at this time.
TREATED A GIFT VOUCHER?
All gift voucher dates have been extended to reflect our period of closure All gift vouchers will be extended in line with the length of the closure. We will make sure that all treatments will be accepted if they have expired during this time as well.
- As soon as we reopen, you can book a treatment with your local Skin Spa or BeautyBAR, simply call or pop in store to book your treatment. Please note that no new gift vouchers can be purchased at this time.
IS IT SAFE TO HAVE A TREATMENT?
We have strict hygiene and safety measures in place, including cleaning time between clients and PPE worn by all our team to make sure we keep both you and our teams safe. If you are still currently shielding we recommend taking advantage of our online tutorials and top tips videos to provide that Clarins relaxation experience at home.
Please do not book a treatment within the first 14 days of returning from a country that is on the quarantine list for the UK.
If you have been in contact with anyone or have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 yourself within the last 14 days please contact the Skin Spa or BeautyBAR to cancel your appointment.
WHAT HAS CHANGED?
We’ve introduced a few changes to make sure you can enjoy your treatment whilst adhering to the safety guidelines outlined by the Government. As a precaution, some treatment procedures have been modified to give clients and therapists confidence and peace of mind. The treatment time will remain the same for all treatments.
- To keep with social distancing measure, we ask that only one client at a time is allowed to wait in the reception area.
- At this current time, please bring your own water.
- All our towels and headbands provided for your treatment will be disposable and biodegradable, facilitating single customer usage.
- Unfortunately we are not able to offer any of our Wellness Treatments until further notice.
For Skin Spas and BeautyBARs in Northern Ireland, we are awaiting final plans and will communicate re-opening dates once confirmed.
We are awaiting plans for Northern Ireland for when they will be reopening non-essential retail.
