After cleansing, toners are the crucial next step of your skincare regimen to effectively ‘take the day’ off your skin. Face toners rebalance skin after cleansing and prepare the skin for a serum and/or moisturiser.
How do I use a facial toner?
Once you have thoroughly cleansed your face using a high-quality cleanser, apply your toner using a cotton pad, ensuring that you avoid the eye area, as this is particularly delicate. You can also use your fingers to gently tap your toner in after cleansing with a cleansing milk or waterproof make-up remover.
