01. What can I buy with the e-Gift Card?
With the e-Gift Card you can purchase products on Clarins.co.uk and in Clarins stand-alone stores. Excluding department store counters.
02. How do I use the e-Gift Card?
For in-store purchases, print or save the e-Gift Card on your smartphone, then present the barcode at checkout
03. How long is the e-Gift Card valid for?
It is valid for one year from the date of receipt of the confirmation email. Clarins is unable to extend your e-gift certificate beyond the expiration date.
04. Where can I use my e-Gift Card?

05. Can the e-Gift Card be used more than once?
Yes, you can use your e-Gift Card until the total amount has been redeemed. You can check the remaining balance under My Account on Clarins.co.uk in the “Gift Card” section. To check the balance in-store just ask the cashier.
06. Can I use multiple e-Gift Cards in one transaction?
No, it is not possible to use more than one e-Gift Card per transaction.
07. How can I check my e-Gift Card balance?
Simply create an account or log in to your Clarins account and click on the “Gift Card” section under My Account.
08. In which country is the e-Gift Card valid?
You can only use it in the country where it was purchased.
09. Is it possible to receive it by post?
No, the e-Gift Card is only available online. However, you can print it out after you have received your confirmation email.
10. Can I exchange my e-Gift Card or receive a refund?
Once the e-Gift Card has been used in whole or in part, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
11. Can I benefit from the current promotional offer on clarins.co.uk when purchasing an e-Gift Card?
Promotional offers, loyalty points and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of e-Gift Cards on Clarins.co.uk. The value of the e-Gift Card you are purchasing is not used to determine promotional thresholds. You could benefit from the current promotional offer if, in addition to the e-Gift Card, you purchase Clarins products that are eligible for the offer and meet the order value threshold.
12. When will I receive my e-Gift Card?
If you have purchased an e-Gift Card and one or more Clarins products: An email will be sent to you to claim your e-Gift Card as soon as your order (e-Gift Card and products) is shipped. This process can take between 1 and 2 business days.
