What is Vitamin C?
What are the benefits of Vitamin C for the skin?
Vitamin C skincare stimulates the skin’s production of collagen, a protein that maintains skin moisturised and firm as well as keeps it plump and hydrated. Hence, Vitamin C can also minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The National Library of Medicine study shows that daily vitamin C formulation use for at least three months improved the appearance of fine and coarse wrinkles on the face and neck.

What cannot be mixed with vitamin C
It is also recommended that you should not use retinol, niacinamide, and benzol peroxide in the same routine. If you want a double dose of both, wait at least 30 minutes before applying retinol over vitamin C. Alternatively, you can use vitamin C in the morning and the other ones at night.
