How to do eye makeup step by step
Here are the 4 basic steps to achieve a gorgeous eye makeup look.
- Step 1: Prime your skin with a primer like Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch to fill in and smooth away the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
- Step 2: Apply foundation. If you are having a problem with dark circles, apply concealer to these areas as well.

Do you put eye makeup on first or foundation?
The foundation acts as a base for your makeup to stay better, so the foundation should go first. You can also apply eyeshadow first, but you will still need to apply eye primer or concealer before eyeshadow, as it will help the product to stay and bring up the right colours.
