Here at Clarins, our number one priority is the health and safety of our customers and our employees.
Following Government guidelines we are now able to resume our full treatment offering for our Skin Spas, BeautyBARS and Express Skin Services across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. In countries where a face covering is a legal requirement in retail spaces, customers can remove their mask for as long as is necessary to receive a facial treatment, in line with face covering regulations. To ensure all customers are comfortable, Clarins’ employees will continue to wear full PPE consisting of a face covering and visor for all close contact services. Customer details will be collected for all close contact services for contact tracing purposes.
All pre-paid Courses and Gift Vouchers will be extended in accordance with our period of closure. If you had an appointment booked during the period of closure, we have automatically cancelled this to ensure any Course treatments are added back into your account.
