Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover
A disappointed consumer
Like several of the previous writers I too have been a long term customer of Clarins. I found that the gentle eye make up remover was making my eye lids sore and very tender. I cannot understand how Clarins could replace a perfectly good eye make up remover with a product which contains rose water and is significantly different than the product it is replacing.
At the very least the original product should be available for purchase instead of loyal customers of 25 years standing having to now try and find alternative products.

Do not buy
I have used Clarins eye make up remover for so many years I cannot remember previous product used. The new formula really stings my eyes and does not remove make up so I end up using even more and my eyes are streaming. Why change a successful product? Big mistake. One lost customer.

Why Change Successful Product
I too have used Clarin's Gentle Eye Make Up Remover for years. Am totally at a loss as to why they've changed such a successful product. The new formula doesn't work (ie doesn't remove make up), it smells awful and feels like it leaves a film over yours eyes. I honestly thought I'd picked up the wrong product until I checked this web site. Please Clarins return to your previous successful formula or lose customers.

Why change an excellent product
I have used Clarins gentle eye make-up remover for many years and have always loved it.It did the job required and never upset my sensitive eyes.Unfortunately the new formulation is awful,not only does it not remove the make-up as well but it stings my eyes,making them very uncomfortable the following day.I was able to get a refund on the product but must now begin the long,tedious process of finding a new eye make-up remover.Please go back to the old formula Clarins.
