Yes we are able to send samples from Clarins Samples Bar directly to you by post. You must be logged into your Clarins account to be able to place an order and to choose from our pre-selected range of samples kits. Please note that the same samples kit cannot be selected multiple times.

Yes, you can place an order with retail products and samples from the Samples Bar and enjoy free delivery if you re a Club Clarins member and your order is over £50.

Please note you are unable to use any promotion codes or discounts on Samples Bar orders. This includes the use of Loyalty Offers, Welcome Offers, Birthday Codes, and any other discount offer or gift with purchase.

The number of times you can use a Clarins sample ranges from 3 to 5 times, depending on the product. We strive to offer generously sized samples so that you can try out our products over a few days and make sure they're a good fit for you. 

Once you have placed your Samples Bar order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Our Samples Bar service is available for standard delivery. Samples Bar deliveries will be received between 3-7 days to arrive. 

Samples Bar kits are limited to one order per account.

Multiple Samples Bar kits may not be ordered in a single transaction.

Any order that exceeds these limits may be cancelled or amended at the discretion of Clarins without prior notice.
