Returns | Information on Returns
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
● If you require a product replacement because of a Clarins error (product damaged, faulty texture, fragrance or allergy, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product) please notify us immediately by calling our Clarins Customer Service Team at 01279 774215 or by e-mail at email@example.com and we will explain how to return your products and send you a replacement product/order with free delivery.
● If you require a full refund of your order because of a Clarins error (product damaged, faulty texture, fragrance or allergy, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product) please send us back your products within 30 days of delivery. We will give you a full refund, including the original delivery costs - provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.
● For the return of a Coffret or Beauty Set purchased online, please note that you will be able to ask for a full refund only if you’re returning ALL products from the set. However if one of the products is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please send us back the product for a free replacement.
● For the return of an order with a faulty texture/fragrance/allergy, please notify us immediately by calling our Clarins Customer Service Team at 01279 774215 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will explain to you how to return your products to our offices.
● If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied (product does not meet your expectations or you do not like the gift you’ve received), you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days from the day of delivery. You will be refunded for your products and initial delivery costs. Please note that return costs won’t be reimbursed.
We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.clarins.co.uk; we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any other outlet.
Please note that you must retain proof of postage for all returns.

• Returns are processed within 5-6 business days of receipt.
• An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.
