Great as a makeup base I use this all year round under my makeup & it really makes your skin glow, but if I am sun bathing I use Clarins sun cream spf50 for the face, which is the best sun cream for face I have ever bought, it doesn't leave your face looking white it just melts in, oh & my husband uses it too! 28 April 2013

mixed review The product was easy to apply, pleasant to use and fine until I met friends.They all exclaimed how ill I looked and hoped my holiday in the sun would help. I am aware that to have an efficient sun blocking effect then there must be blocking agents which are not transparent. You carefully mention wearing make-up over or under and I assume this is because you are aware of the whitening effect, However wearing make up when on a sunny or sea side holiday is very uncommon though you do want sun protection. I boughtt he product as it efficiency was recommended in the Telegraph.I am sure in its place at the high fashion end of the market where much make -up is always worn it is very good ,but not for the general public or on sunny holidays.
