Your order will take between up to 7 working days to arrive. 

You will also receive an e-mail when your order has been dispatched, containing tracking information for your order. If you have a Clarins My Account, you can track the status of your order from this area by clicking on “Order Information”. You can also view your past orders by clicking on “Order History”. The order history also enables you to shop from a previous order for an easier and faster process.
