A Great Resolution.
I tried this product twenty years ago and it was brilliant then. I've just come back to it to soothe hormonal skin and it worked brilliantly again.
It takes down redness and balances the skin out with moisture.
I tend to use it for about 15 days (with sunscreen et cetera under make-up in the day) then at night. Then I dip into it once a week or so. It can be used for a shorter or longer period as desired.
It feels very gentle on the skin and you just know that it is doing good work the second you apply it.

Caroline Hirons was right!
As well as being a Clarins devotee, I am a beauty blog junkie and this product has been praised to the high heavens on the best beauty blog out there by the absolute expert! (Everyone in the know reading this review will know who I mean!) This SOS treatment can be used for a block of time to bring down any sensitivity problems with skin. I would argue that it can change your skin forever! It's a great one to dip back into from time to time as well, when the problems are solved.
The product had been recommended to me twenty years ago: I tried it then and it was brilliant. I am so pleased that I have come back to it. It's one of those where you can't believe it's going to be that good so you have doubts about trying it. I would recommend throwing out the doubts! Give it a chance for a few days and you'll see what I mean.
The great thing too is that this product is free from any nasties, like mineral oil or paraffin. It is a purely plant oil based product so it is great for acne sufferers.

Great for sensitive skin
When I am feeling stressed it shows instantly on my skin. I get red, irritating flare ups that make me look blotchy and adds to the general stressed feeling.
This S.O.S. treatment ticks all the boxes, it calms the irritation so i do not feel as though I need to scratch my skin to pieces and the redness fades.
Now for something for the internal stress........

Instant indeed!
This really does work - reduces hormonal spots and redness overnight (menopausal rather than teenage!) without leaving skin feeling oily or greasy. Will definitely be buying this again - a little goes a long way and used once or twice a week or as needed should mean it lasts for some time.
