Used to be best purchase ever until packing change I agree with everything Treacle from Scotland has written in her review. I also have been using this product for many years but since purchasing the newly packaged product find it has a perfume and is not as efficient - very disappointed. 19 April 2013

Don't be fooled by false econony on cheaper brands This is the best eye make up remover ever. You don't have to pull or rub, just shake it, put some on pads and hold them over your eyes. It also conditions the lashes and softens the skin around the eyes. Don't be fooled by false economy or cheap imitation brands: this one is the best. It will last longer too. 12 February 2013

What Has Happened to this Product? I've been using this product for approximately 10 years and never, ever wanted to change. The product does exactly what it says on the bottle, that's the only reason why I would recommend it to a friend. However, since the packaging has changed (for the better), I've also noticed a change to the product in that there is a slight scent to it - and I think the scent is very similar to lanolin, and very noticeable when using to remove eye make-up. I'm really disappointed as I don't like using scented products, so I doubt very much if I will use this product again after the bottle I have is finished. If, like me, you do not like scented products, then this product is not for you, 24 January 2013
