Change of ingredients I have been using this product for many years, which shows how happy I have been with it. However,the bottle I purchased recently had a completely different smell, very strong and almost overwhelming of rosewater. Looking carefully at the ingredients, it seems that it has always contained rosewater but the type has been changed. I normally avoid strong perfumes as I have such a sensitive skin and I am finding this most off-putting, though of course other customers may not feel the same. I am unlikely to be buying this again unless by the time I reach the end of the bottle I have managed to get used to it. 13 May 2013

New Formula? I have been using this gentle eye cleanser lotion for nearly ten yers and have been more than impressed until the latest bottle just opened and used for the first time. I just don't think it is the same - a strong scent and it leaves the skin feeling tacky. This also comes without the box and leaflet. I bought two bottles because there was a offer in the store. I wish when you make changes to a tried and trusted formula, you provide samples one could at least try before buying. I would like to get a refund on this. 15 April 2013
