Shipping | Delivery Information

Your order will be prepared by the logistics centre located in Belgium, then dispatched by DHL. 

Currently Clarins.com only delivers within mainland UK and Nothern Ireland. We do not ship to Channel Islands,Guernsey,Jersey and Isle of Man.

An order can only be delivered to one address. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it’s ready to be dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch e-mail. Our orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. This e-mail will contain delivery details as well as a tracking number to use on the DHL website to track your order.
